I like these bottles very much, they're ideal for holding liquid ingredients to have them readily to hand for stir fry cooking. I have a row of these alongside my cooker, containing light and dark soy sauce, shaoxing wine, vegetable oil and olive oil and they're fab to grab and add a squirt of this, a squirt of that, really quickly when cooking. Just like professional chefs always have their ingredients ready to add without having to mess around unscrewing bottle tops, etc. You can write on the bottle side with a sharpie marker if you end up with two bottles with the same colour lid (think they send the colours at random)
